This internship / co-op role is part of North America’s Transformation Team at Wipro, focused on exploring technology trends, developing domain expertise, and crafting solutions for real-world business challenges.[4] Interns will collaborate with global teams and senior leaders on internal initiatives aligned to Wipro’s strategic partners, gaining practical experience and organizational exposure.[4][1] Key responsibilities include identifying business requirements, translating them into actionable plans, and producing high-quality work.[4] The role involves participating in key meetings with partner leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, as well as engaging and networking with senior leaders who provide mentorship and leadership coaching.[4][1] Interns are expected to demonstrate leadership qualities, strong communication, analytical skills, self-confidence, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.[1][4]
